  • 2 Large Avocados
  • 1 Finely Diced Shallot
  • 1 Finely Diced Serrano Pepper
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Chopped Cilantro to taste plus more for garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Queso Fresco to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine prepared shallot, serrano pepper, lime juice, cilantro, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add avocados to bowl then mash and stir to combine with other ingredients.
  3. Top guacamole with coarsely chopped cilantro and crumbled Queso Fresco.

Uncle Pete’s Tip: For best results, cover guacamole with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled.
